What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
Throughout my tenure, there were many aspects of my work that were extremely rewarding, in part because of the amazing team of professionals who worked within our department. The aspect that was most rewarding, though, was developing authentic relationships with families so we could work in partnership to reach a common goal – helping our students succeed.
What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?
The greatest benefits of being a NAPSA member are being able to network with other professionals who work in similar roles, and having access to valuable information about policies, programs, and evidence-based research dedicated to supporting the students we serve.
