Being a national organization, there a number of forms that those wishing to join our organization will need to select from, since some states may have joint membership options that can provide discounted rates for NAPSA membership. Please see if your state has such a form. If not, please use the NAPSA membership application.

Forms can be downloaded, completed and sent via USPS or scanned and emailed to the NAPSA Office. Payment can be made via check made out to “NAPSA” and mailed to the address below. Those paying online on the NAPSA website must either mail a completed membership form via USPS to the NAPSA Office or scan and email the form to napsa@ptd.net.
