What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
I am not sure how to summarize this response as I love my work and feel fortunate to be part of such a great division with a strong sense of community. One of the most rewarding aspects would be supporting and collaborating with amazing professionals that continuously find innovative ways to meet the needs of our students and families. The focus on overall student well being is evident across our schools.
What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?
As we hold a unique position within the school division, I enjoy the ongoing collaboration with other leaders within the field and the informative newsletters/professional learning opportunities.
